Leaving a lasting gift

Donkeys enjoying their food

None of us like to think about it but making a Will is the way to ensure what will happen to your property and assets after your death. A Will can also protect your family and loved ones as, without one, it could cause them a lot more worry during their time of grief.

Become a fundraiser

We rely on donations to not only care for more than 120 animals in our care but also to help working donkeys in Cyprus as you will see from the articles below. Sponsored events, coffee mornings, car boot sales and even putting the change from your purse or pocket into a tin are just some of the ways you can help us.

Our youngest fundraiser

Tatiana

Our youngest fundraiser is 12 year old Tatiana Peppiatt-Charalambous who goes to school in Barnet, Hertfordshire. Her grandparents are our next door neighbours and had told us earlier in the year that Tatiana wanted to raise some funds for us as she loves all animals, but particularly donkeys.

She organised a school basketball tournament between the teachers and pupils in July, designed and printed leaflets and posters and her mum, Maria, made food for the evening. Charging each person £5 (€6.25) entry fee and collecting donations, Tatiana raised £203 (€250).

Super fundraisers

Youngsters from the Amelia Trust

This summer seems to have been very hectic and the time has flown by. We have had several visits from a variety of people including three from some special fundraisers.
